I hosted a bachelorette party here and couldn't have been more impressed. The owners went above and beyond to customize a tasting menu and food pairings for our group. The tour of the vineyard was informative and interesting. The wine was heavily poured, and the hospitality was top-notch. If you're looking to host a group in the area, look no further! (Note I have no relationship to the owners; I'm from out of state and was thrilled with my experience!)

GREAT!!!!!! The owner was our wine server. Very knowledgeable about his wines and the grapes that he grew. More than that he likes what he does. Their wines are excellent especially the Petite Pearl. My wife had their Silarian La Crosse and loved it. We both got a couple bottles. If your a wine novice, wine adventurer, or a sommelier, if your into traditional wines or are starting to learn and try the cold hearty wines this is a must location.

Absolutely stunning winery in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and our time was purely amazing. If you are headed up to Green Bay I HIGHLY recommend stopping here. Keep your eyes peeled for bands and try everything you can. It is BYOF so pack some snacks and stay awhile! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful discovery. Went out here on a Friday evening to check this place out, due to our love of good wine. I was very pleased to meet the owner, The building is brand new and tidy. A nice bar to sit at and sip a glass. Jeremy gives a very good pour, other wineries and wine bars should take note. No stinginess here. While we were there, we met Jeremy's parents, wife, brother in law and children. By the end of our visit we felt like family. Their 2019 wines are not quite ready. We did enjoy Jeremy's choice, a 2016 Carmenere from Chile. But we are really looking forward to trying Jeremy's own wine. This winery is a labor of love. The owners are knowledgeable and dedicated to their art. I look forward to the years to come to see how this place grows and evolves. FYI the name Silarian is a take off of the word Silurian. The Silurian Period occurred from 443 million to 416 million years ago. It was the third period in the Paleozoic Era. There's your trivia for the day. We all decided that if red wine makes you live longer, we will all live to be 200 years old. Check their web site for music nights and the upcoming release of their wines. All in all if you want to drink some good wine in a wonderful and friendly atmosphere it would behoove you to check this place out, just keep in mind they are only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at this time. You can get bottles of their wine as of November, 2022 on our...

What do you think of when you associate wine with a Wisconsin Vineyard? Is it usually fruit wine? Does it leave you disappointed and remind you of your first bottle of sifsr-laden moscsto mixed with a cranberry juice elixir? Makes you cringe, right? Silarian is exactly NOT that. If you have a remotely sophisticated palette this is worth the drive off the freeway. The Vineyard is impeccable, the atmosphere is cute and I think with establishment in the winery will get better. We did a quite in depth tasting with Jeremy the owner and each wine (thank God) tasted like wine! Rea wine, good wine. Wisconsin, yiu finally have a real winery with a passionate family who knows what they're doing. Definitely support this place. You won't be...

Lovely Day! My wife and I recently learned of Silarian Vineyards. We happened to stop for a tasting on an afternoon with live music. We sat in the shade of a tall tree on an afternoon when it was about 80 degrees F. and a nice breeze. We listened to a four piece string jazz group for about two hours, each sipping on a glass of their Petite Pearl wine. This red wine, is without a doubt, the finest red wine from Wisconsin that we have ever tasted! We purchased a bottle to take home to share with friends over dinner. We will watch for other opportunities to visit...
