Castle Berries U-Pick Blueberries — Attraction in Town of Chenango

Wonderful place to pick blueberries! Beautiful land with many healthy blueberry bushes yielding lots of delicious fruit. The owners are delightful and friendly. They will provide you with a bag-lined bucket, if you don't have your own pail. They also thoughtfully have insect repellant and sunscreen available, as well as cold water, at the entrance to the fields. We enjoyed this experience so much, we went back again a week later after we somehow ate up the first 8 pounds of blueberries...

I had such a wonderful time at Castel Berries! I went blueberry picking and absolutely loved the experience. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a fun outdoor activity. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the berries were fresh, juicy, and so delicious! 🫐 It was a relaxing and enjoyable day — I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a local adventure or a fun family outing. We randomly found this place a handful of years ago and have continued to come back year after year. They have a nice duration for their growing season with lots of varieties of blueberries. There is plenty of parking, they supply you with a plastic bag lined bucket for picking, and direct you to what's ripe at that time. Super friendly people and...
