Not the most obvious of locations, but easy enough to find once you know what your looking for. Large parking lot, so plenty of space for your large party to come and participate in any of the challenge escape rooms they have to offer.
The signup process was easy enough and the staff was helpful in guiding each team member through the necessary steps, goals and expectations while in your selected escape room. Each of the three escape rooms is setup especially for this location and only available there, this makes the experience especially unique and interesting.
Pay attention to the briefing given to the team, it contains important information about how everyone needs to work together to solve the many puzzles you must solve to escape. If everyone doesn't communicate and work together, it makes solving the puzzles more challenging. Keep track of what was tried and where, communicate the success and failures to the entire room to reduce duplication efforts and to let the others know that a critical clue is still missing, so if they find another, they know to bring it to everyone's attention.
Relax, scan the room gently (nothing of value requires force) pay attention to the the small details around you, both written words, numbers and images. If your team can do all this, you will escape and enjoy a nice celebratory photo in the...
Read moreI came here for my birthday, it was easy to find and the theme of the room we did, Mr. Jenkins' Basement, seemed really cool but some of the puzzles in the room were just broken. Two of them just didn't work at all like they were intended and we wasted about 17 minutes on them. When we told our GM, Alex, he just kept telling us that we were missing what we needed but we weren't and we kept telling him that it wasn't working until he finally agreed and opened the solution for us. The other puzzle that didn't work we weren't able to get a code that Alex ended up just telling us the solution since it wasn't working. It felt like the GM wasn't paying attention to us and he said he was trying to contact the owners because of the broken puzzles. I don't think it was his fault, but he was very quiet and we couldn't hear half the clues he was giving us.
I wouldn't recommend this place as we would've gotten out of the room if not for the broken puzzles/poor pre-written sounding clues we were getting. The cameras in the room also weren't well placed as a couple times we had to move so he could see what we were doing and if we had...
Read moreThis is my first google review ever. If there was an option for no stars that would be my chose. I was SO disappointed with my experience. I thought all would be innocent but soon after we were in the room there was a demonic twist to the theme and I DO NOT appreciate not being warned. There should be a disclaimer to the Cabin in the woods revealing a demonic/ spiritual/ religious theme. If so, I would have never wasted my money. It ruined my birthday because I was highly offended and it caused some of my family members to be offended and uncomfortable. I do not appreciate that especially since I paid a lot of money per person to go to this place. I made a complaint with the owner and all he could say was “I'm sorry”. He did not offer my money back or nothing. This was a horrible experience and will never recommended the nuthouse escape...
