Drove by Tillman Road Wildlife Park and felt compelled to check it out. It is generally an easy walk for most (not wheelchair or handicap friendly). There are some inclines with loose gravel / sand along with some narrowing trails.

It was dry when we went, as there hasn't been any measure able rain in a month. I could see low spots that would make a hike more of an adventure, if the ground was wet.

There is ample parking and it was not very busy. Quite a few people had dogs. There are signs saying they must be "leashed". There are a couple small lakes (ponds). It is unique and certainly worth checking out. Its not too big and using Google maps you can see most of the trails (as they are not marked).

Some of the trails could use trimming and some of the wood (especially on some of the bridges) that are in need of repair. Some of the signage for birds etc, are worn or are missing pieces. Otherwise it's a nice trail /...

Nice place for a walk. The ponds used to be a good place to fish (25 years ago) but that's a "has been" now. There was nothing but a few tiny 2 inch sunnies as of the '90s so I stopped fishing there.A massive fish die off years ago put an end to any opportunity to catch anything at any of the ponds. There is a huge marsh and unmarked trails that go most of the way around it.Not much else to see.No bathrooms. No picnic areas. No playground.Just a tangled network of trails without names. It will probably remain a nice place if Everyone helps keep it from getting trashed out.If you bring it in (or even if you don't)..take it out.It would be an even nicer place if it had a bigger parking lot or there was parking along the street on Tilman or maybe another...

Been coming here for over 20 years. There are swamps, multiple ponds, grassfield's and walkways with wildlife everywhere. From deer to waterfowl to turtles and other amphibians the animal life is everywhere. Assorted plant life and insect life is everywhere. A great place to come with the family or for a learning adventure. It is a carry and carryout Park. The only downfall is no restrooms. It is possible to see just about every form of life while on The preserve. Four stars just because of no restrooms! It is enormous with...

These pictures were taken in early January. This is a diamond in the rough of hiking trails. I was not able to hike all of it due to the fact that the trails were relatively muddy, and my shoes were not proper for this occasion, but there seems to be a very beautiful spot to immerse yourself in nature, amidst the town of Clarence. We hope to come back in the summer when it's warmer and the plant life has blossomed again. There even appears to be sand next to the water.

This is a great place to take a walk. You can make it short or as long as you would like. there are plenty of things to discover here. I like to ride my mountain bike through all the wooded paths. Or I have snowshoed and crosscounty skied here I almost always get to meet interesting people along the way. What ever time of year. You are almost guaranteed to get to see some wildlife along the trails.
