Belle Vinez — Attraction in Town of Clifton

We had our vow renewal & anniversary party here this past weekend, and it was amazing. It rained, but I can still say we had a perfect day. The winery is adorable, beautiful views, we were able to go out into the vineyard for our short ceremony & for some photos, their party room is perfect for up to 40 people, and the food & wine were fantastic. Their staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and super friendly - they're involved and care about your event - they took care of so many details for me, it's really a no-fuss option for a party like this, or even a small wedding. It's a multi-generation family business with a cool story, and I highly recommend for a small event or just for dinner or happy hour - their woodfired pizzas, bruchetta, tenderloin bites and artichoke dip are all wonderful. Other stuff good too but those were stand outs & popular with my group. It's still very new, so I'm hopeful. The setting and building are both very beautiful. It's a pretty and easy drive from Hudson and easy to find. The staff is friendly. The large windows and patio have beautiful views but the dining area gets warm. The pizza oven is in the same room. Maybe some ceiling fans would help? Our group had both glasses of wine and wine flights (3 pours of about 3 oz each). Only 1 red and 1 white of those we sampled had any depth. Those were quite good but the rest were not well developed wines. We tried several of their Neapolitan-style pizzas (interesting options). We had both red & white sauces and all were too salty - probably the crusts. We had our wedding at Belle Vinez October 13th, 2017. I can not say enough good things about our experience. What we wanted was a small intimate wedding with not much fuss over the details, set-up, and take down. I made my own flowers and supplied Katy (wedding planner) with small center pieces, an arbor, and 2 large bouquets for the arbor and she hit it out of the park with mixing there decorations with ours. The food and wine were great. Everyone said they had a FANTASTIC time. What I liked most was that the vineyard is already beautiful and has great wine. It was an easy fit for our vision.
