Overall my 5 times visiting have been great minus 1 time. If you have the VIP permit pass, you get hard surface parking up front. If not, expect to park in a pothole rocky/mud area. The ski resort does offer a tractor to pick you up on busy days and it did come around often. This was nice. Each time that I visited, the slopes were all well groomed and not busy. This hidden gem is great for beginners and well priced. Just a hint, if you book you lift ticket on the website, you are likely to get it half off as low as $19. And right now they are offering great deals on season passes for the 2022-23 season that also allows you to finish out this season on next year's pass. The sale ends on March 6th I believe with season passes being like $475 compared to $700 or something around that. I really only have one bad thing to say about this place and that is that the majority of there lifts are old and out date and junk. The resort is split in 3 sections. SOUTH, CENTRAL, NORTH. The South has 1 lift and the seats are wood and some of the wood feels flimsy. The poles holding the lift are beat up and need major TLC. The south section is all natural, so the best ski is in the middle of the ski season and or after snowfall. This area is mostly quiet from most guest and has all skill level slopes, but not a huge amount of slopes. CENTRAL is the main area and has both man made and natural snow while being groomed on a very often bases. This section has 2 main lifts, newer condition for most part and a comfortable ride to the top. All but 1 time that I was visiting, they only had 1 of the 2 lifts running. But this was okay as they are close to eachother and service the same slopes. Central, has all skill level slopes. NORTH I cannot speak much for. Very few of its slopes have been open at all this season. This is where you will find the better terrain park. The few slopes that were open were in great condition, sadly the lift needs updating. Once again super old and kind of made me sick as the poles as spread out more in the beginning allowing your lift chair to bob up and down a little. And I'm not one to typically get sick from motion. I only ate in the cafeteria style area once, with prices being very reasonable. There is also a restaurant on site that I did not eat at. If you are cold, you have a couple options by the fire. You can either go into the cafeteria and sit by the fire or by one of the 3 gas fire pits outside that are at the base of the slopes and take in the mountains beauty. The biggest thing that sets this resort apart from others in my 5 experiences is the friendliness of the lift operators. They all seem happy to be there, in great spirits and make quick but meaningful connections with the guest while waiting to go up the lift. Overall it's an amazing place for new skiers or people who like more relaxed style skiing or looking for a great deal. I just hope that they start making improvements on there lifts, because they are ghetto and truthfully, if I was to bringing someone from out of town, well I would take them to Holiday Valley before Kissing Bridge just because I would be embarrassed of what they think of my home ski resort when they see the condition of the lifts. But if other than the lifts, great ski, great times.

It is truly amazing here! I am 15 years old and have been coming here since I was 4, and because of covid I hadn't gone skiing up until this season ( thats roughly 4-5 years!!!) Once you walk in; no mattar how bad the conditions are, you will always have a blast! The food is great, and everything is very accesable (bathrooms, snacks, phone charging stations, lockers, ski shop, and more!) This year has been amazing, minus the conditions... but the crew has been doing an amazing job making sure you can stay entertained for 12 hours with 3 slopes open 🤣, from my experience this year (7 times gone) the snow was never icy, or left unattended creating grass spots. The mini parks here are great, and offer a variety of boxes, rails, and jumps. There is one downside, night skiing. . . . . . . . Community: If you are coming alone promise me you will not be bored! The people who come here are very friendly and will always try to help! I have ran into many people (not literally) offering tips to help me become a better skier. Not trying to sound like a fool, but you will always feel better after going by yourself; than if you brought friends! (Kinda gets annoying being with the same people for 12 hours aye?) If you have been here before you will understand. Not much runs have lights, and if they do...... better hope you have a pair of clear goggle lenses, or have skiing without goggles (even without the goggles you cant see anything...) At night, the runs are dark enough to see in the distance, but impossible to see the snow; and its truly really hard to see. Being a major safety hazard for EVERYONE, the spacing between the lights are far, and where lights aren't are, you better hope you dont hit a twig, or anything that could be on the ground 😳. I really hope the KB team does something about this for the 2023-2024 season, as im really looking to go night skiing alot next season! Overall, KB is extremely family friendly, and accomodates for all skill levels. I hope to come back next year to better conditions, and a little more than 2 slopes open 😆. Happy shredding! . . . . . Below I've attached an image from after the first winter storm we've had early this season.

Wow, so poorly maintained, very disappointing. 30 years ago this place was happening. serious improvements need to be made. the 35 year old Holly quad needs to go. all old equipment and just general "stuff" left around makes the place look half abandoned. ie, pieces of the old rusty Cole Chute chair, left and look awful, old old trail sign posts or hangers on poles or trees are rusty junk, clean it up. without natures help this year poorly done only central open at times when temps where excellent for snow making. huge line at Holly and opps we better get this other chair rolling at 2:30 on a Saturday with 8 inches of snow the day before and sunshine. north being closed is just bad, makes the place look as though is headed for death. the lodges need up grades. the parking lots are a mess. please get it together before its too late. all ski areas are important as we lose a dozen or so every year i the country. Kissing Bridge can be a gem again. close to large population and nice natural snow fall.

Lots of potential, but mismanaged. First the good: great mountain for beginner and intermediate skiers. Great kids program and lessons. Nice variety of trails. South area is exceptionally scenic and uncrowded. Close to Buffalo and Canada.

Unfortunately, outside of the geographic benefits, KB is extremely disorganized and mismanaged. It would be unfair to compare KB to the resort 20-min to the south that gets millions per year in economic development incentives; it's in a different league. That said, basic operations management is non-existent and frustrating to say the least. On a recent weekend trip:

Arrive to be directed to park in overflow parking near North. A dozen cars are sent down to park near the bridge leading to North. After 20-minutes, no shuttle has shown up, so everyone carries their gear a half mile to Central to find the shuttle driver sitting in his idling truck. Why didn't anyone radio him to let him know they were parking cars at North?

Heat is broken in Central lodge on a 15 degree day (last year there was no water one weekend and bathrooms were out of order with thousands of patrons). Constant maintenance issues.

Spring promotions are run for 10-packs and season passes, including "buy now and get a free guest pass". The following Winter, passes aren't mailed out, no one remembers or is aware of what the promotion was supposed to be, ticket agents feud with customers until they ask a manager who informs them of the promotion, etc.

No concession service open in either Central or North on a Sunday.

Despite long lift lines at Central, only one lift is operating at the base of Holly. The other one is shut down.

All lights on Snowball are off / not working, despite being open for night skiing.

Many of the families we have skied with over the years have made the transition to head to HV despite the longer drive. These are customers KB will likely never get back. I've held on but am beginning to question that decision. It's as if KB management lacks even the most basic of "common sense" management skills, is simply apathetic, or is purposely driving the place into the ground.

If you can get past the incompetence at the base, once you are up on the mountain it's great, but you'll need to be a judge if...
