Ploetz Dairy Farm — Attraction in Town of Concord

Just came home from farm. It's unbelievable what the process is to make the Syrup! (Wow). The gentleman that explained the process was great, we got a chance to speak to the owner (nice guy) and now to eat and share the goodies! We bought the Maple cotton candy, fudge, danish, coffee, tea, candy and of course Syrup. Didn't try the coffee yet but everything else was good 👍. We will be back in the future. To my understanding it was the first year open for pancake breakfasts. Seemed very quaint however we didn't stay because we had little children and someone way older that didn't want to sit outside and eat pancakes even though there was heaters under that tent. The one gentleman that works there or owns it? I'm not sure came out and spoke with me and asked me if I wanted a tour before it opened. he was very kind and nice. I wish them all the luck in the world what a cute...
