This was a lovely stop on a Saturday afternoon. They are located across from Oneida Lake so unfortunately there is no view, the ambiance inside is rustic modern farm. Plenty of seating outdoors as well with full table service. They do offer live music on select evenings as well. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and provided menus with wine tasting options or by the glass. They do offer a selection of local brews as well. We chose a table indoors, service was attentive. I had a four pour wine tasting, the dry Riesling was my favorite. Though listed as dry it is very smooth and just the right balance between dry and sweet without any aftertaste. I purchased a bottle of that for $23 and tasting $12. They have a pizza food truck onsite and local cheeses that can be purchased. The Garlic and Herb Yogurt Cheese from Buttercup cheese was a creamy delight! Definitely a great stop if you are in the area or taking a Drive around Oneida Lake!

We found this winery in Google search as the most high rated one open on Sundays in Syracuse area. It was really lucky choice. The winery opens at 12 PM on Sundays, and we managed to arrive first. This way we had time for small talk with the owner, she told us about the history of the business, how they operate, and even introduced their beautiful dogs, featured on a label of a wine 2019-Belle & Boon Juice named after them (we bought it later, we love concord type wines). We spent wonderful time tasting wine at the outdoor table equipped with cozy burner. After we were done with the tasting, the owners kindly allowed us to keep our car in their parking, so we could have a short 1 hour walk taking the trail located behind the property. Watching colors of the fall foliage was very welcome addition to our visit.

Grace Tyler Winery on Oneida Lake is a beautiful family friendly winery that hosted me, my wife, and two young kids briefly for a tasting and some food to go. The wines were good and the environment was friendly with outdoor seating, a sunroom with fire pit tables (it was 40 degrees today), and a homey tasting room. We haven't had the cheese, bread, crackers, and tomato and garlic dipping oils we purchased yet but it all looks amazing and is locally sourced... Doesn't hurt that the staff were all very friendly to my wife and children but also knowledgeable. Can't recommend enough. Thanks!

We love coming here every Friday during the summer. However, with the popularity of Friday night live music nights and a pizza food truck has brought more and more people—which is great but does not work when the staffing is not at the level it should be. We watched the poor servers running around to try and meet all of the needs of the patrons but can’t keep up. We waited 80 minutes for a pizza. 80 mins is way too long (we were told 45 mins which we were fine with). A family’s picnic table flipped over, causing crashing of wine glasses and one of the patrons on the ground and the owner never came out to see how they were. I am sure she was working to try and make orders happen.

This place is a gem but I think it’s really struggling in terms of having enough help. One poor server, Jenny, is fantastic but overwhelmed every time we come. That’s not fair to her or anyone there. I beg the owner to get the right number of staff to meet the rising number of customers. And while the pizza truck is a great addition, they have to figure out how to get pizzas out faster or they will...

Grace Tyler Estate Winery is no longer a hidden gem; it's a well-known treasure. This family-run business treats their patrons like part of their own family. For our daughter's graduation party, we enjoyed the use of a private tent, complete with heaters and blankets. Despite being busy with many customers on the other side, the staff continuously checked on us to ensure everything was going smoothly.

They went above and beyond, even helping us organize a charcuterie board. When our outside caterer forgot to bring utensils, Richard and Elizabeth, despite their busy schedule, kindly ran back to their home to get us some.

While I am not typically a wine drinker, I appreciated their offerings, especially the Diamond. The real wine enthusiasts in our group particularly loved the Baco Noir.

Overall, Grace Tyler Estate Winery provided an exceptional experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our celebration.

Even though my daughter is leaving the area, we will still stay proud members of...

A long time ago I started my wine journey by visiting this place and falling in love with both the industry and this winery. This was my first experience into the world of wine and now that I travel back and forth between the finger lakes and France to study and taste wine for a living, this is a place I continue to drink from. Their specialty is their roses. Being on par with roses that I get paid to drink all the way over in Burgundy, France. The owners are both very passionate people who have crafted a great place to visit and make a unique enough experience in their location, and in their quality of wines. Keeping the list smaller to provide that quality over quantity that many NY wineries are starting to move away from. Keep a look out for many other award winning whites that continue to win medals every year as well, as they are able to continue to make high quality batches every harvest season. Certainly a place to make a trip to even if it is outside of the "main" finger...
