Houghton Land Preserve — Attraction in Town of Corning

Gorgeous trails and view. In certain areas, you can see Corning through the trees. On your way up the blue trail, there is a gorgeous view of mountains. Well kept, easy trails that are well shaded for warmer weather. Trails can get muddy, so bring some shoes that are good for mud. Beautiful walking trails with a variety of wildlife- lots of cool slugs, mushrooms, and salamanders (particularly on the top of the white trail).
