Went here for the first time a few weeks ago, and while the scenery is very nice, the staff ruined the whole experience. We showed up for a family wine tour and as we walked inside, we were told we were told they couldn't accommodate us (which could easily be understandable) and told us straight forwardly we have to leave. We complied and as we walked out, one of the staff members called my family member a very derogatory term which I do not want to put online saying he looked like said word. As this was heard by multiple people walking out of the building, we discussed among each other how rude the staff was and that we would let others know our experience because we felt that any sort of behavior by the staff such as this should never be tolerated or experienced by any costumer. One of the ladies at the front then followed us out and said "You're really gonna give me a bad review?" and then went on to tell my adult family member to "Grow up" and called him a "Child". We left in disgust with our experience and after that same woman said she would call other wineries in the area and tell them not to let us in, our family day was cut short by the repulsive words and actions by the staff. There's plenty of beautiful wineries to help you and loved ones have a great day together, however this place is not...
Read moreHoliday Shopping Spree 2017 : the mulled cider when we walked in was delicious, and we loved the nautical theme so we expected to have a great time and leave with lots of wine! The food pairing was very good, a spinach artichoke appetizer with their holiday wine. That was where the good experience stopped. The young blonde (she didn't introduce herself so we didn't get her name) doing the actual tastings was very rude from the start. She spoke really fast when we walked up (despite no one being before of after us) and when I couldn't follow and asked for clarification, she said "Ugh, like I JUST said: you can use initials or exes and ohs" to denote whose wine choice was whose. Regardless, her rude, careless and standoffish attitude made our experience awkward and terrible. I wanted to ask for advice on the wines but she was so rude I felt incredibly uncomfortable. The wines were okay, and we would have bought three just because of the nautical theme, but I just wanted to leave after the way we were treated. Awful, don't...
Read moreMy family and friends attended this winery as part of a tour last weekend. When we tried entering with 8 people we were asked if we had reservations? We obviously did not so my friend Kayla replied that, and was meet with rudeness from both the women working the front. So we decided to leave. Then one woman whispered Something inappropriate to the other. After the comment I told them I would be leaving one star on google and the two women chased me outside yelling and screaming at me. They hurled insults like " your a sad person" "your immature" "your outfit should get one star" "were a family owned business we can do as we please". I was wearing a traditional Lederhosen . This place was hostile from the first conversation to the last. EVERY OTHER WINERY was polite and accommodating and we had a great time. I have left hundreds of reviews on google unfortunately this will be my first negative one. Chasing people outside after they have left the building is next level poor...
