Reserved a pavilion for a baby shower and spoke to John Marx multiple times to confirm everything. He had us do a diagram of how we would like tables, we ordered all of our wine and payed for everything. We were told that all would be set up by 11am for the shower. That's where the customer service stopped. We arrived on day of the shower and nobody knew we were coming so they had nothing prepared. John was on a fishing trip and forgot to tell anyone. I can totally understand that accidents happen but if such accident happens, as a business you should spring into action and rectify this situation. NOPE. Fawn Creek did nothing. Employees sat down at a table and watched as we cleared out all of the garbage from the pavilion, went and carried all tables and chairs into the pavilion and set everything up. What's even more upsetting is that not one person apologized to any of us. I had to track down a manager to find out how to get the wine we already payed for and I did tell him that I felt the couple that rented it deserved an apology. He said he totally agreed with me and then turned around and went back inside. Customer service here is great until they have your money… then they no longer care. Don't take our money for a service you are not going to provide. The only positive shining stars here were Jennifer and Reagan that were working the wine area outside. Very sweet and helpful even though they were warned that I was crabby I did make one last attempt to reach out to John and Fawn Creek and no response after multiple weeks. I urge you to try another winery such as Lunch Creek in Neshkoro...the NICEST people and they will be very appreciative of...
Read moreThe wine tasting was a great experience. They were out of a couple of the wines in the sample selection, but as good as the wines were that were available, I believe once they restock on the missing wines it would make for an even better experience, so I won't take off any stars for that! The wines were great, but the wine slushies were a very pleasant surprise! We ended up staying and buying bottles of our favorite wines and cups of our favorite wine slushies (they also serve a little food like cheese and crackers and jumbo soft pretzels). We didn't plan on drinking both bottles but we met some great people and stayed a lot longer than expected and everyone shared their wine and food over great conversation. I highly recommend the wine slushies. We ended up buying more bottles to take home and a bag of Wine-y, my favorite slushie mix(they sell the slushie mix!😁). I definitely recommend trying this place out. You won't be...
Read moreI had family from out of town and couldn’t wait to take them to this fantastic winery. Google hours said they were open till 7pm on Saturday, so we made this our last stop of the day at 5:30pm. When we arrived a friendly employee asked how we could be assisted, which we replied that we’d love to do their wine tasting. We were told that as of Labor Day their hours changed to winter hours, and that they actually closed at 5:00pm. We were so bummed and apologized for strolling in past business hours, and that Google shows 7pm. The owner came over (Dave) and had no hesitation to accommodate. He stayed open for us to enjoy their fabulous selection. We are so thankful to him and Amanda (our wine connoisseur) for this was the highlight of our evening, and I can say with full confidence (as a returning customer) that this winery NEVER disappoints. Fantastic establishment, customer service, wine selection,...
