This is an interlocking figure 8 hike, a few miles long, with the big attraction (a gorgeous waterfall you can wade into) about a quarter mile on the right hand side. It's an easy hike perfect for children, but it's not stroller-friendly. There are rocks and tight turns. Small children should be monitored, because there are some drop offs without railings. The top of the Figure 8 Loop hike is not well marked - you actually have to walk across the stream itself on the rocks, which means you will almost certainly get your shoes wet :-) There are no restrooms or water, but there is one small parking lot. Wear long pants, some of the trail cut through high grass. There is not much of an elevation change, some small hills and that's it. It's a very pretty hike that I'm sure gets even prettier in the fall.

Beautiful natural sanctuary with scenic trails and streams! The nature here is truly stunning and peaceful - perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy natural beauty and get away from it all. There’s a waterfall on the property, though it wasn’t flowing when we visited (likely seasonal depending on rainfall). A heads up for families: this probably isn’t the best spot to bring young kids. The trails and terrain are better suited for adults or older children who can navigate more carefully. Overall, it’s a really nice place if you’re looking for a quiet nature experience and appreciate beautiful scenery. Worth a visit if you enjoy hiking and being surrounded by natural beauty!

I underestimated this little park's beauty from the initial entrance and first bits of trail. The features around this section of the Bozenkill will become larger in scale the higher up you go toward the Lean to. You might think you were deep in the mountains somewhere. There is a good mix of ecology in this park, good trails, well marked. Of note is a section of stone wall in the woods, stacked four foot high, long length, well laid. My guess is that some very hard working people worked this land historically. I would be impressed if it were a recently dry laid stone wall near a house. We will be back many times I hope.

We use this trail a couple times a year and it's absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and easily get spirituality lost in the tranquility of this trail. Multiple waterfalls, plenty of flowers to spot, wild life ranges from squirrels to fish and all in between. One warning to the wise, some areas have deep grass areas so watch for ticks, and also on a hike last week, the waterfall that opens to a large water area, red belly leech was spotted in the waters, decent size so enter at your own risk. This trail has different elevations with tree roots over the trail, some loose rocks and small wash out areas. This trail is not a good choice for those with mobility issues, back pain, knee problems etc... Great for families allowing the little ones to reconnect...
