The house sold in 2017 for $6,600 (I’m guessing to someone who cherished the Ladies, the history, and the home ) It was remodeled and then sold in 2018 for $15,500,000 They did a wonderful job on restoring it… and it looks absolutely beautiful! It’s now estimated to be worth over $20,000,000 🤯 If you’re interested…the taxes yearly are $50,000

I've never been, but looking at the satellite images, I see that the majority of the property has been sold off. There used to be gardens and lawns all the way to the beach.
