This has always been my go to beach, for basically, my entire life, but it is not being taken care of. The showers are broken by the bathrooms and haven’t been fixed all summer. The lifeguards or staff, or whomever, do not enforce the no dogs on the beach rules. I’m all for dogs on the beach, but they shouldn’t be or rather, they aren’t allowed to be near the lifeguard stand. I’ve been to other beaches, and I know that the lifeguards usually tell people that they have to take their dogs a certain distance in either direction, but it Indian Wells they are not doing it.
