Army Lake — Attraction in Town of East Troy

The public Access to Army Lake is a cobble stone road that leads to a parking lot leaving a walk down to the lake. There are no facilities here so you will have to hold it or do what the bears do. It is a pleasant walk to the lake over a brick driveway layed by hand almost 100 years ago. There is a kayak launch but you'll need to carry it down.

The access has changed in the two years since this was first posted. You can now drive all the way down with a boat and launch it. There is one handycap parking spot down near the boat ramp....

Its very small but nice. It gets a little crowded with people tubing. I wish they made more limitations on that as this is perfect for small craft fishing...
