It's a steep climb. From the point that you begin hiking from the trailhead, you begin a 3,000 ft ascent. I've hiked all 46 peaks, and this is one of the toughest. It's not for the faint hearted. Both trails meet at junction at one point and the trail up to the summit is on blue trail only. Red trail is very rocky, lot of rock scrambling and leg strength is required. You only start to see views on the second half, however the view from the summit is worth it.
