Animals are amazing but the employees are uneducated on non dairy products that they list on their menu. Ordered a dairy free milkshake, which they advertise, and they tried making it with milk! When asking them what was in it, they were rude and it seemed the only way they know how to make a milkshake is with milk and not almond milk or the dozen other products available.
