Visited late spring. Out of 4 days 3.5 were windy and the water very choppy. White caps. When it was calm it was fantastic. Clear water and you could see a few fish lazing. Mostly catfish. Great sunsets. Not much volume as far as loudness and people. There were kayaks, speed boats, jet skies, sailboats, pontoons, and some fishing going on. The lakeside is BEAUTIFUL, every day there's almost always a sun shining throughout the waters. The lake usually isn't busy: it's great for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, etc. I wish I could stay here longer, great for family vacations if you're renting a lake house.
