Our wedding day at Chapters on the Horizon in Viola, Wisconsin was an amazing experience. First and foremost, we have to express our thanks to Jen, the owner, whose flexibility and accommodation truly went above and beyond. She ensured that every aspect of our wedding was tailored to our desires. What truly amazed us was how Jen took our custom drink recipe and transformed it into something even more delightful for our signature drinks. It's a testament to her dedication and creativity, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the incredible cocktail.

Megan, the venue manager, is a true gem. Her infectious happiness and bubbling energy were contagious, and we couldn't have asked for a more genuinely joyful person to help us through our special day. She was there every step of the way, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and flawlessly. Megan's enthusiasm and genuine care made us feel like we were the most important couple in the world.

Not only did Chapters on the Horizon prioritize our needs, but they also went above and beyond to cater to the needs of our other vendors. Their willingness to collaborate and work seamlessly with them made the entire day feel cohesive and stress-free. The professionalism and dedication displayed by the entire team were simply outstanding. The venue is regularly updated to make it even better, it's clear that they genuinely care about creating an ambiance that surpasses expectations and makes every wedding unique and unforgettable. Every little aspect, from the precise timing of lights being turned on to which rooms were open, was flawlessly executed. They were extremely punctual, leaving no room for any concerns or delays. We could relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding, knowing that everything was being taken care of seamlessly.

Last but not least, the bartenders at Chapters on the Horizon were phenomenal. Their cheerful demeanor, professionalism, and undeniable skill made them a hit with our guests. They served with a smile, crafting exquisite cocktails and keeping the atmosphere lively and enjoyable throughout the evening.

We recently got married and worked with COH for our winter wedding. I would 100% recommend for your next event. There were no issues with the location for our guests nor vendors. Definitely worth checking out at the very least. Customer Service - We enjoyed working with them and were sad to say goodbye. It was like working with really awesome friends and family. Communication - We received an email response within 24 hours. There was no issue ever with communication. Everything was extremely clear and pleasant. The favorite vendor and lodging page on their website is key and super helpful - it took out so much work for us. Payment - They offer payment in different steps. Everything is extremely transparent, you even get a bar receipt at the end. No bar package needed, just select what you would like to offer and pay by the drink. Drink prices are extremely fair. Quality - The venue is gorgeous. They took their time to select special pieces to make the place beautiful. They are thorough thinking about little ones to older ones with the littlest details like fun juice cups and plenty of seating to rest. We wanted to explore having our wedding on the deck and they took the time to drag a bunch of benches out so we could see what it looked like. The something borrowed closet is freaking awesome. It took all the work and cost out of getting decor. You get to run through table settings at the venue prior to the wedding to make sure you like the look. Price - Touring a bunch of venues we got disheartened with all the secret fees, bad communication, and it feeling like we were tossing money away. We rather have our money feel like a contribution. This is a very dedicated family that runs the venue, they financially support military and the local community. We felt much better about spending our money here and knowing it would partly be used to help the community. Plus we loved the owners as well, good people! Pricing again is super transparent. I don't even know where to start this review because everything about this place is absolutely amazing and perfect. From the day we toured, to the conversations in between, to our wedding day and the day after, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

Sarah, the venue manager is ALWAYS available. Being a bride, you are anxious and want answers NOW. Well with Sarah, you will get a response in 24 hours. She is so personable and easy going. Made all the planning so much easier! Sarah is also so kind, helpful, and has a calming aspect. She went above and beyond to make our day everything my husband and I imagined it would be. Sarah and her staff were so accommodating and made sure that everything ran so smoothly.

The venue - absolutely stunning. So many areas for photo opportunities. This place honestly becomes your place for the entire weekend. We were able to set up Friday at noon as well as host our rehearsal dinner in the venue. Being able to have the venue/bridal suite from Friday-Sunday made everything 100x easier!

The bridal suite - I DO NOT HAVE WORDS. It was so beautiful, luxurious, and made getting ready a breeze for me and the girls. The salon chairs and natural lighting made everything so much easier. My makeup artists and hairstylists could not stop RAVING about how excited they were to be able to use that space.

Something Barrowed Closet - saved me SOOOOO much money. The closet had so many different items. Once I saw that this was included in our fees, it was a no brainer. I didn't have to worry about buying and reselling items (with the exceptions to fake flowers).

Bar package - prices are extremely reasonable. Chapters allowed us to pick how much we wanted to spend on open bar. We weren't forced into anything!

I cannot recommend this venue enough. It is absolutely stunning, family owned, and the staff truly care about you. This was the only venue we toured and we knew right away that this was our place. I do not regret a thing about this day. Chapters on the Horizon made our wedding...
