So I had to visit this place after hearing of a lake named after our family! It's a small lake with a playground set and some outdoor picnic tables and some grills. They have a pavilion that you can rent out. They also have a boat ramp and some benches to sit. I didn't spot any trash cans, but I did see a port a poty. It was very quiet and nice!

Peaceful little lake just outside Franklinville. Well maintained kayak roller launch. The park has a nice Pavillion and playground.

Excellent lake for kayaking. The water was very calm. The only downfall is how small it is, but it's great for a quick trip.
