Fermenting Cellars Winery, Wedding and Event Venue — Attraction in Town of Fulton

We are so glad that we chose Fermenting Cellars as the location for our September 2018 wedding and reception!! We can't say enough good things about the owners, Bill and Mary Eckert. They have created a wonderful location for any event and they both worked very hard to make sure every detail of our wedding was a success. Mary was absolutely invaluable in helping plan and carry out our wedding - we could not have done it without her! The fireplace area was a perfect place for our ceremony and the pavilion was a wonderful location for our reception and dinner. And did I mention the wonderful wine!?

My brother had his wedding planned here for October of 2018. It was a whirlwind of planning, but the biggest wrench thrown into everything was that the wedding venue canceled on them several months before their wedding date...devastating, right? Unfortunately, the venue that canceled was Fermenting Cellars Winery. I personally do not know all of the words that were said between the owners and my brother and his (at-the-time) fiance, but I do know that this leaves quite a sour taste in your mouth.

We stopped in tonight before dinner for a little tasting. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. At the end of the informative tasting we had a hard decision of which bottles to bring home. Long story short we ended up with the Crafted Blend and the LPR. We are saving the Crafted for a special occasion and opened the LPR and had it with our feta steak crosstini and was an very delicious choice! We will definitely be back.
