Happy Day Farmhaus — Attraction in Town of Germantown

Happy Day Farmhaus was an absolute pleasure to work with! It was important for us to support a small, locally-owned business; and we were lucky enough to find this kind, creative, and professional couple.

In terms of flowers, we knew little about what we were looking for. We wanted simple but striking; colorful but subtle; summer meets fall; industrial but wishing we were outdoors; and the contradicting and vague list goes on and on! Regardless, Lauren’s vision came together more beautifully than we ever could have imagined. We ordered bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl bouquet/petals, matching bride/flower girl hair pieces, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces, aisle flowers, and wedding cake décor.

In terms of service, it honestly gets even better. We came to them clueless, but they walked us through the entire process. During peak pandemic, Lauren collaborated with us over the phone and followed-up via email with detailed options. Later in the year, we were invited to tour their family farm and see the flowers they planted for us.

As wedding details changed, Lauren spent hours communicating and brainstorming options for pairing, vases, placement, etc. They were also beyond accommodating when it came to execution. Due to venue setup restrictions, they delivered the flowers to the hotel, decorated the cake, and made sure it could be easily transported to the ceremony/reception. They even loaned us their crates/mason jars at the last minute to make sure nothing was damaged in the process. I could go on forever with a list of ways in which they took care of us.

Overall, choosing Happy Day Farmhaus as our wedding florist was one of our favorite vendor choices! Lauren and her husband are down to earth, artistic, and extremely knowledgeable. Their flowers are stunning, their farm is adorable, their prices are incredibly affordable, and their overall service is unmatched

We will continue to support HDF at the Wauwatosa Farmers Market and through their other services like the “U Pick” (flowers) and Farm Share program.

Happy Day Farmhaus grew the flowers for our wedding, and it was an amazing experience! It was important to us to use a local farm to provide our florals, and the guidance Lauren gave me and the vision she helped me execute made it the best choice imaginable. She absolutely went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted-I had so many ideas and she helped pare it down and get me organized in a way I could not have done on my own. I had certain flowers and a vision in mind, but Lauren had the expertise to offer flowers and combinations I hadn't even considered. Happy Day provided centerpieces, aisle flowers, and edible flowers for our dessert table, and an incredible amount of expertise and enthusiasm along the way!

I chose the stems by the bunch option, so Happy Day grew my flowers and provided them in bunches for us to arrange for the wedding. When I came to pick up the flowers from Happy Day two days before our wedding, I could have cried--the florals were gorgeous!

It was more time intensive than I thought to put together the massive amount of flowers I ordered, so if you're a high stress girl like me having a DIY wedding that you have a lot of tasks to complete for, I might suggest going with their full service option. However, if you're going with simpler arrangements or aren't doing a massive amount of DIY tasks, doing the flowers yourself is totally manageable! For a bride like me who wanted TONS of flowers at her wedding but didn't want to pay the massive price tag associated, this was certainly the best route to take, and on top of that it was an eco-friendly and super personalized option. I am so grateful to Lauren and Happy Day for making my wedding flower dreams come...

We are part of their farm share program. We pick up every other week and the quality (size, price, quantity and flavor) of produce is phenomenal! There was a waitlist for the farm share, but once a spot opened up we jumped at it. Communication was and continues to be great and the order form it so smart. Unlike other farm shares, where you get a box of whatever is growing, at Happy Day Farmhaus the farm share participants can select and customize what you’d like in your box. It makes it so convenient for meal planning. We are so happy to be a part of this program and look forward to visiting...
