My 5 year old REALLY wanted to go to a haunted house, and I heard it was kid friendly, so we took him. We made it about 2 minutes walking before my son realized the mistake he made and started to cry. (It happens) about halfway through, an actor pulled us aside and gave my son a minute to calm down, then my son realized he didn't want to finish, so we got escorted out by two lovely actors. Which I really appreciated. I used to work at a haunt for 6+ years so I know a little bit about haunts, this was by far one of the coolest I've seen in the area that is still open. I would have rather finished this haunted house, than to pay to go to green bay for terror on the fox (seemed like they were short on actors) but the haunted voyage had a storyline, which was so cool. Everything (that I saw at least) went together smoothly. And they are very considerate of children. The owner talked to my son about Chucky (my son's favorite right now) and I can't get over how nice everyone was here. The wait kind of sucked, but at least it was indoors with a movie playing and they offer food and drinks. You expect the wait to be rough anyways. I suggest a fast pass if you decide to go with kids especially! All in all, even though my son only made it through a little bit of the woods, it was set up wonderfully. I hope to go through it next year (without my son) and finish it! thank you to the 4 actors who checked on my son, and escorted us out safely with no more scares. Wow. I'm in awe of how kind these people were. Most haunts would be like "too bad, so sad" and would make us keep going. Not the haunted voyage! I'm such a Halloween kid, I absolutely loved it, and I'm sad I couldn't finish it!...
Read moreA bunch of friends and I drove up to Michicot from Milwaukee to the Haunted Voyage and it was totally worth it! Loved the camp style layout, Won a couple prizes from the arcade games that were in the lines and caught a glimpse of a horror film while we waited. We started our journey through the woods and couldn’t tell the actors from the dummies which made it both scary and nerve racking walking along the paths. We entered a couple shacks that were guarded by creative story telling characters which gave the haunt an extra element to the experience. Loved the interactions from the 2nd shack with Ranger Dan. Honestly the best character and kept everything fresh with the amount of people that came through. I couldn’t anticipate the jumps and scares as the actors did such a great job at placement and appearing out of nowhere. The blackout maze was the best! My friends and I had such a great experience that we went back through it again just to get...
Read moreUnfortunately wasn't very good. Scare actors didn't do much and there wasn't a story, it was a mashup of various sets. The scene's were too far apart and it was mostly walking to get to the next thing. Waited almost 2 hrs. and the whole attraction was less than 16 minutes(yes I timed it), which sometimes doesn't always mean it's bad, I've been to shorter haunts, but it was action packed with a story and amazing actors. I came here because the reviews were great and was very disappointed. Wouldn't come again and this has unfortunately dropped to the worst haunt I've been to within an hour radius of Green Bay. I don't want to come off as mean, but I just want to leave an honest opinion and note that the current 4.6 rating is not justified as that is what I based my...
