The play structure here is the tallest I've ever seen at a park! It's easily taller than my rowhome in Baltimore. Very fun for all ages, but the top level is accessible only by a ladder, so maybe ages 2.5+ would require less climbing with Mom. ;) There is also a standing see-saw and several banks of swings, including several for babies. There's a pavilion right next to the park for easy lunches. The kids (ages 7, 5 and 1.5) love coming here when we visit Glenville!

This place is a for sure spot to visit if in the area! We were out this way getting our fords recall done and decided to in a seperate vehicle meander about and stumbled apon this park. My 3 year old loved it! The slides are without a doubt amazing and my fiance and I of course had to try them out as well lol! They also have workout equipment and a little place to picnic! Trails are beautiful and well taken care of too. Need i say more go visit this place!!!

Great park. Outdoor exercise equipment, two playgrounds for kids, tennis courts, baseball fields and hiking trails. Also 4 electric vehicle charging station near the playground parking lot.

Great park. I love how there is an outdoor gym, though you will never catch me using it. The playground is very nice with two separate areas for younger kids and bigger kids. The two pavilions are also nice and everything appears to be well maintained. I have two complaints, however.

First, there was not enough parking in the lot I was in for a birthday party at one of the pavilions. There was plenty of charging stations for electric vehicles but limited space for the internal combustion engine. There were a number of people who had to park in these spaces without needing to charge.

My second complaint is how many bees there were. I understand it's outside and I was in their habitat, but with the garbage cans secured to the pavilion and being so close to the tables, it allowed so many of them to congregate near people. Thankfully no one was stung but they (the bees) were buzzing around and annoying everyone.

Neither of these complaints is enough to make me not want to visit again. I would just go a little more...

This large park has lots of options for sports and a ton of parking. There's a very nice playground, a brand new (summer 2018) outdoor set of resistance and cardio equipment, a covered pavilion that may be rented from the city for parties, and bathroom facilities. There is also a baseball field, tennis courts, a soccer field, and a football field.

The "Greenway" is a new wooded, mostly shaded packed dirt trail that circles the park, and continues further down to the Anderson dog park. The portion of the Greenway trail that circles around Indian Meadows is flat, stroller-friendly, and well-marked. It has a path that connects to the back of the YMCA! The Greenway trail south of the park is very different - narrow, bumpy (not-stroller-friendly) and not well-marked. It is more for seasoned hikers and those with a GPS or a map of the trail.

I like this park and playground and will...
