A Dream Wedding Come True at Altamont Vineyard & Winery
From the very first planning conversation to the final moments of our wedding day, Franca and her incredible team at Altamont Vineyard & Winery went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality.
Franca is a true visionary. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped bring it to life with creativity, patience, and a wealth of experience. From color schemes to table settings and decor, she was always just a text awayâready with ideas, inspiration, and solutions. Her gift shop at the vineyard is a testament to her eye for detailâalways beautifully curated and a source of endless inspiration.
The food? Absolutely unforgettable. We had stuffed mushrooms, sliders, chicken and waffles, penne, a fresh summer salad, and an amazing assortment of wood-fired pizzas. Every single dish was delicious, and our guests are still raving about how good everything was. Franca was committed to creating a menu that suited our tastes, and it showed in every bite.
What truly set the experience apart, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the entire Altamont team. They handled every detail with careâhelping us decorate, setting up, and even packing everything away so we could enjoy the day stress-free. It was seamless, smooth, and honestly magical.

Read moreI recently was in a wedding at the winery. We were told we would be given the space to get ready in the store front before the wedding and it would be closed to the public. When we arrived at the scheduled time there were guests still tasting. We were told they would be asked to leave but the staff did not direct anyone to leave and then even let in more guests to taste after a conversation of our disappointment and confusion.
. It was unbelievable that they did not turn away or direct visitors from entering, which lead to our bride being very upset on her big day. This continued for hours and even up to 30 minutes before the ceremony we had to act as bouncers asking visitors to please not enter, staff continued to serve them and let them in. The wedding coordinator saw the bride crying and did nothing. If a getting ready space was not something that could be accommodated it would have been nice for them to say that so alternative plans could be made, but again we were told that space would be private.
The event space outside is very beautiful, it is unfortunate that this had to happen, I would think before planning a...
Read moreMy visiting family and I decided to visit this vineyard due to the great reviews online. We went to the back bar where everyone else was and waited 15 minutes to be told to go inside and order. We went inside and waited quite a bit where a child came up to us and asked how many sheets we needed for the wine flights. Odd but fine. No one acknowledged us nor the guy next to us the entire time we were there, other than the child and being told to go inside. Ended up leaving and going to Galway Rock Winery where the service and wine completely made up for our experience here. Maybe they're understaffed and it was a busy day, however it takes 2 seconds to say "hey guys, I'll be right with you, here are some menus to look at". No one likes to be ignored and it takes more effort to give bad service than decent service. Staffing and management makes or breaks...
