Jabe Pond is such an awesome place to kayak and camp. It's way out in the middle of nowhere and you have to drive up a twisty hill that is unpaved to get there. It is a perfect place to go paddling, fishing or swimming and there are about 8 campsite around the shore. There are also a few islands which you can explore, one island has an old fireplace on it which I was told is all that is left from a ranger cabin back in the day.
