Halfmoon Lighthouse Park — Attraction in Town of Halfmoon

Halfmoon Lighthouse is a beautiful little park in Halfmoon, NY. Situated on the Hudson River the park is scenic, provides many recreational opportunities, and is a great place to relax. There is also a nice lighthouse sculpture that adds to the beauty of the area. The park has a kayak and canoe boat launch. It is easy to park close to it and launch your boat. The park is also located along the Champlain Canalway Bike Trail so it is a great place to get on the trail. This a lovely little greenspace overlooking the scenic Hudson River. There is no actual lighthouse, just a attractive 7-foot statue in the park.
