Clifton Park is generally lacking in the parks department (I'm from Colonie and we kill it in parks and recreation compared to up here). Practically all parks here are at best what we called pocket parks. Small 1 acre places with maybe a playground and nothing else. This is the only real park in Clifton Park, and as such has nice amenities such as a decent trail system for walking, jogging, or biking. A good play area for kids. Sports complex for baseball and such. Decent parking and several bathrooms and water fountains throughout. Relatively pretty surrounding area. This is the best park in the area, but not nearly as good as say The Crossings in Colonie. This is an area this town really needs to step up in going foward.
