The historic house-turned-museum offered a fascinating glimpse into the past, with an impressive collection of antiques and relics. Read moreI enjoyed a Sunday afternoon tour with my husband and three of my children, aged 11, 9, and 7. The admission fee was very very reasonable. The tour guide was very kid friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. She helped my children experience walking with stilts and playing some other old school games.
The site itself is an interesting peek into a historical Hudson Valley farm, complete with quaint furnishings and old timey implements.
