We had a truly memorable experience at Rock Valley Spirits while celebrating our aunt's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who made us feel right at home. The distillery tour was comprehensive and captivated our interest as we learned about the processes behind crafting each spirit. It was interesting to see the different stages of production and learn the ingredients that contribute to the flavors of their products. We had pre-arranged for charcuterie boards to accompany our tasting, and they exceeded our expectations. The selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses enhanced our overall experience. During the tasting, it was obvious that everyone was interested, eagerly asking questions and engaging with our knowledgeable host, who shared a ton of info about the involvement in creating each type of spirit. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the tasting room, especially as the sun began to set. The combination of great company, delicious food, and hreat hosts made for a truly special evening. After the tour, we decided to get a couple of mixed drinks. The Moscow Mule was refreshing and perfectly balanced, while the Maple Pecan drink was rich with flavor.

Made another trip to Rock Valley Spirits and all I have to say is "AMAZING"! Jim and Terri are always great and Terri's Maple Pecan Old Fashioned was for sure the best drink I've ever tasted! Any trip without a stop at Rock Valley is not a trip I want to be on!

OMG We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Terri and Jim. They took the time to explain the whole process and are super knowledgeable about their quality product. Their spirits hands down are in a league of their own.

Two friends and Invited last weekend and desire being in the area for a wedding, our visit here was the highlight of the weekend. Jim and Terri were fantastic hosts and guides to their spirits and production methods. Each of their spirits is so good, and they've dialed in the flavors perfectly. We are already talking about a visit back to the area just for their new releases in the fall...

Our group had a fantastic time at Rock Valley Spirits. Terry and Jim gave a fantastic tour, tasting, and made unbelievable cocktails. They were a pleasure to speak with as well.

Note: Google is saying they're temporarily closed. My understanding is that this is only for walk-ins; Terry informed me that if you call them you can arrange for your group to come (as our...
