Bucolic lake surrounded by (fairly) discreet camps. We visited in the winter and cross country skied around the lake. Not a soul in sight save a couple returning from ice fishing. The trails around the lake need clearing badly, however, with lots of downed trees, probably from the storm of July ‘18. I had expected to see more trails and the site to be a bit more wild but very nice nonetheless.

Simply heaven on earth. Good parking for stopping for a walk, kayak paddle or whatever else. Rooftop boats only. Residents and people in the area are extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of fish and good fishing

4 stars gor being awesome. Too small for the motor boats that cruise in circles with no whrre to go.
