This tucked away trail is a wonderful walk anytime of the year but especially in the winter where you have clear views of the Hudson River. Lots of history on the walk including the "treason site", an old abandoned park, and the active trail line that has been around for a long time. Parking is limited so if you cannot find a space at the the trail head you may be in for a little walk but it worth the extra steps

Small parking area at end of dead end street. Beautiful scenery along paved walking / biking trail with plenty of elevation change. Pretty steep drop-off down to the river. Some impressive cliffs above the trail as well.
