I have walked the Seven Bridges Trail several times a year for many years. It is a beautiful trail surrounded by rivers, ponds, and streams. There are areas where the trees stretch over the trail, providing a covered arch-like area. Each bridge has a small bench for relaxing or resting if needed. The trail has a few side paths for fishing, access to rivers, or to rummage with pets, should you want to explore the water areas. Nature is noticeable all around you, poking at all of your senses. It is fun to imagine galavanting on this trail many years ago as you walk over the rustic bridges. The trail is usually well-maintained and clean. The beginning of the trail even provides dog bags for your pets' messes, should you bring your dogs on this trail. The trail is wide enough for easy hiking, and when in the forested areas, it is at least five to six feet wide. The trail is primarily flat with a few dips and small ascents. It is an easy trail to walk for all levels of hikers. A word of caution, this trail can be inhabited by many bugs and mosquitoes, and it can be miserable if you are unprepared to walk here. High river waters can wash out the trail, making the final three bridges difficult to travel or impassable. I recommend this trail, but know the water levels and...

Absolutely love this hike it's a great place to take the family for a day trip pack a picnic and and just spend a day out in nature taking it all in..the sights are beautiful and the path is well maintained. Mosquitoes can get bad durning the summer so bring lots of bug deterrent. There are 7 old bridges that mark the trail and sort of give you goals to reach the next one and the next one and the next until you've walked 5 miles and didn't even notice. The river the trail runs beside and over at times is beautiful in itself and really offers some great late summer swimming holes. I've yet to try fishing down there but I'm sure you'd catch whatever out of the river whether a bass or a carp it doesnt matter what matters is that it's such a wonderful destination for the entire family to spend the day. I've seen lots of dogs enjoying it just as much of not more them their humans lol. Especially swimming. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star...

It is a beautiful hike thru the woods, the trail is kept up nice. There are 7 bridges to cross and I think it's about 3.5 miles or so. It is soul cleansing to be out in the woods enjoying nature at it's finest. It is not a guided tour so no buying tickets or waiting in any kind of line, just park your car and...

It's a nice place, but it floods out most springs making the trail damaged. You can only make it just past bridge 3 most times as the trail has a small river going through it. It would be a hard walk for anyone with knee issues. Lots on mosquitos in the summer. Mid fall would be the best time to visit.
