Arkport Village Park — Attraction in Town of Hornellsville

Respectful to Lindsey's downward review, I found the 2023 Arkport Summerfest to be the nicest in a few years! 😀👍👍 Plenty of quality vendors, mostly local including a church ⛪, artists, knick knacks, and all the favorite food choices 🥟🍗🍧 -- who have kept their prices mostly reasonable. Even a few carnival games for the kids to win a prize 🐟🎈, a packed playground, and a couple basketball games going ⛹️‍♂️. Clean and well staffed with friendly volunteers! 10 hours of live music is tough to schedule🎶🎸🎷, but they had the best bands scheduled 5pm which was smart. Great fireworks at the end! 🎇🎆 It was a nice relaxed atmosphere throughout, where anyone could choose the quieter hours (2-4p) or when it gets busy and...

Nice place to get away and out of the house!! ☺☺ nice events too!! 😁 sadly, I was let down for the 2023 arkport summer festival...it's WAY smaller then it has been in past years 😞 not much set up anymore...maybe like 3 or 4 food stands...1 game stand, um, a few stands with jewelry, stuff for guys, home stuff, etc...and bands playing ...nobody cheered for! 😞 just sad nobody cares anymore...smh!! Covid changed everything and everybody!! Smh....there was nothing there..the WHOLE park used to be FILLED...now, barely anything is...

Great place for physical activity! Walking path with fitness stations, playground equipment for children, baskeball court, sand volleyball, and soccer fields. Relax or have lunch in the gazebo or at a picnic table. ...
