This is a great little park.

For those that are RVers, every site has 50, 30, and 20 amp electric hook ups. And all of the sites are pretty large and easy to back into. I've seen several 30' plus rigs here and some 5th wheel rigs that are a bit longer. Water fill and dump station are included with site cost.

There are showers and flush toilets available during the warmer months. When it gets colder there are pit toilets available.

The knock down of one star is due to the firewood.

The price is reasonable ($5/rack), but be prepared to fight to get your wood going. I use fire starters that burn for 20 minutes. Even with that and very small pieces it would not stay lit without being fanned. If the pie was larger than my thumb, forget it! There is a ban in bringing firewood in from outside of a certain radius of the park. We were here just over a weekend, so I never checked into the rule. However, if your plan is to cook over the fire, be...

This looks like a very nice park, from what we could see. We got there too late in the day (lost our sunlight) to really explore it. Plenty of picnic tables and grills, shelters including at least one that was an enclosed building, swimming, fishing, kayaking, bathrooms, lots of parking, a playground area, and a nice small bridge (good for pictures). Several Pokestops and gyms in the park and surrounding area for Go players, but we had a pretty weak signal there.

They don't allow dogs (which seems odd), so keep that in mind when planning to visit.

The water was very still, and made for some really nice reflective...

I'm really confused how there aren't any reviews mentioning the caterpillar poop raining from the trees. Jordan would have been a wonderful place to camp; nice shade, water nearby for swimming and kayaking, small playground, flush toilets. However, this year and last year there were thousands of maple rose caterpillars EVERYWHERE. And not only that, but their poop was raining down nonstop. It sounded like it was raining the whole time we were there, and it was not. In the photos all the black spots are poop, and that's after a few hours. We ended up leaving early because we had to be huddled under the awning the...
