Carlsons Farm Stand — Attraction in Town of Huntington

Lots of pumpkins, potted mums and sunflower bouquets. Also local tomatoes (not many left) and other local vegetables and fruits like beets, celery, plums, corn and eggplant. Local organic brown eggs. Hudson Valley apples - large selection. Local honey, jams and jellies, too. Garlic was from California but that's fine, lots of garlic farms in CA, as opposed to buying supermarket garlic which is from CHINA. I tried to choose locally grown.. They have baked goods as well. Come here almost every Sunday after church, discovered them by accident. And oh my goodness their produce is amazing. My mother says they have the best peaches she’s had in her life.

Their baked goods are also AMAZING! This is my formal request for more chocolate chip cookies 🤤 but their apple cider donuts were extremely fresh and delicious and their apple pie as well not too sweet so good and fresh!
