Amy's Country Kitchen Food Truck — Attraction in Town of Jackson

A must stop when in town. We love the breakfast sandwiches and the burgers, but I keep reordering a grilled chicken with bacon and melted cheese because it's hard to find a place that doesn't overcook the chicken. Theirs is just right and so juicy! Everything is made fresh and it's fun to sit on the picnic tables and enjoy the view. Make sure to call first or check the specials and hours on their facebook page because they are not open on weekends and are only open on certain days and times...

Just stopped for the first time,I was mind blown by the prices. Very affordable somewhere you could afford to have lunch regularly. They also had a large breakfast menu. I ordered the hamburger soup and the special which was Big Mac salad. And it was just that, everything that would be on a big mad in a salad and it was huge. I will definitely be stopping her more can’t believe I have been driving by for so long....
