Best. Wedding. Ever. The ceremony went off without a hitch! We worked with Karen from start to finish to make our special day a reality and she was thorough, detailed, and helped us plan every step of the way. It is a shame she will be retiring, only because her experience, patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness will be very hard to replace! The venue was beautiful, with a grand piano and an organ, and we are so thankful that we were able to work with the best in the business (who specifically delayed her retirement from the Keuka College to see all of her weddings through to the end!) such a blessing that my wife found this place. My daughter had her wedding ceremony here 6/14/25, the staff wedding coordinators were the best Abigail and Valerie were the best from months before asking questions to planning the reception onsite at Geiser Hall to onsite Housing choices prices, to food choices, Christina and TJ were also there from the beginning with good tastings and there til the end with and nuances that had to be addressed, the lake front views and the onsite Housing a huge plus. Our wedding at this venue was absolutely beautiful and everything we dreamed of! Michael and Abigail made the whole process seamless, their communication was fantastic, and we felt at ease with every step!
