Nice, well marked trail...but it's rocky. Many parts of the trail are obviously a stream when it's raining. I would not recommend this trail of rain is in the immediate forecast or if it has just finished raining heavily. It's kind of a tough climb at the very beginning. The first two miles, or maybe a bit more, is continuously uphill. About 1400' elevation gain in the first two miles. But the views are pretty awesome at the top

An excellent set of Catskill hikes with endurance challanges throughout. You'll be rewarded with amazing views along the way and it's worth the extra grief (mainly knee grief) to accomplish summiting all 3 peaks. It is much cooler (10-15 degrees) than the low land here so don't shy away in the summer. Highly recommended.

This isnt a hike for beginners. Its incline hiking for miles. Some areas require scaling rocks to get passage. Bring water, there is none, not even to filter. If there is it's probably going to be a dangerous and tough hike. Push through that desire to turn around. It's worth the energy spent.

if you like physically exhausting hikes that hurt your knees and feet ( majority of hiking up is on shifty rocks) then this ones for you, saw a GD black bear cub yesterday. pretty cool, we cuddled and ate porridge. lol jk, hikes great, cool temperature wise, plan rest into you next day...
