Stone & Thistle Farm — Attraction in Town of Kortright

I haven’t visited the farm (although I’d love to because looks like my dream) but everything I’ve purchased from here from the local farmers market on Tompkins Square Park on the weekend is unbelievable .. truly! From steak to lamb to smoked ham for split pea soup… there is just a freshness and taste that you only get from quality meat. Their bone broths are amazing, really everything! So happy I stumbled upon them, I haven’t gone back to the grocery store...

My husband, children and In were in the area for the weekend and Denise was gracious enough to take us on a tour of the farm on a Sunday morning. It was such a pleasure…we learned so much. My children delighted in every single detail, animal, and task. Learning about how much work Denise and her family put into each and every area of the farm was mind boggling. The quiz at the end was a fun touch....
