Excellent campground! There are many sites on the water. The pictures in this review are from site 84. Many sites have their own private beaches and water access. This is a great place to kayak. You have access to Lewey Lake and Indian Lake. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean and well maintained. You can purchase ice and wood there. They do have kayak rentals. The employees are nice and friendly!

Nice 3.5 mile paddle down the Lewey lake and into the Miami River. We got a late start and put in around noon. We got over a beaver dam but decided to turn around and head back. There is a day use fee at the state park where you can use the beach and it has restrooms.

We rent Galusha's cabins every year with the whole family. Great little lake tucked in the ADK Mountains. Highly recommended

Really into fishing and photography and it was a mixed bag. Fishing: not good. Some good pics though. Campsite was picked so the dog could play in the water and it was great for her but otherwise was... not good. It just seemed poorly maintained. Lots of dead, still standing trees, a crumbling fire pit one of the worst I've stayed in. The host seemed put out that we were even checking in. I don't expect this person to be my best friend but when I get a sense I'm bothering you it's just off-putting. Not all bad though, wildlife right near the campsite, nice and dark at night (star photos) and a nice little lake to paddle or the river if you're looking for more adventures. Overall just the kind of place to chill with the family for a while but not if you're looking...

My family and I have been going camping there every year for my birthday (in July) since I was 3, and it’s my favorite campground ever. The boat launch and beach are nice, the showers are clean and have great water pressure, and the people there are super nice. There’s also a paved hill by the showers that’s perfect for biking or skating down. 10/10 would recommend, especially if it’s your first time camping in the...

We were supposed to stay sunday through Thursday but left early on Monday due to extremely loud road construction. We were not told about the construction at all, they were using multiple jackhammers and could not even hear my girlfriend next to me. They did offer us a much less spacious campsite but we would have to pack up a carload of equipment. Would have been nice to have Been given the option to move sites when...
