Hemlock Lake had fierce winds when we wandered on its north shore. It has a short hill that camouflages the dam-like concrete slope that blocks the wind and waves. This hill sets itself apart from eight of the lakes we visited from Seneca to Conesus (east to west). It has picnic tables under a roof, a playground, Adirondack chairs, a gazebo, shady areas, parking area.

A scenic park with wide open spaces to enjoy a picnic and take in the views of the lake. This is a great place to bring your family to relax ny the water or take the dog for a walk. There's a large pavilion and a public restrooms as well. There is no swimming or wading here, But just to the west, there is a separate area that gets you down to the water

A very beautiful & peaceful place. Lots of trails in the woods & you can also walk the shoreline. I brought my kayak & it seemed like there were a lot of people because the parking lot was full but when I got on the water I felt all my stress leave. No houses dotting the shores, very few others on the water. A great escape into solitude!

Horrible. This place says absolutely no camping. There were boy scouts camping and they were loud and rude they had fireworks fires. I went to go fishing and left because of them. Iam a life time resident and tax payer i do not think this is right. We can not camp here they should not have a special right to camp here. After seeing now i should have a right to camp here. There are other camping places use them boy scouts and to the park you need to uphold your rules...

Serene location very apt for picnics, fishing, walking, outdoor photoshoots ! They have a small play area for kids, and a few pavilions and bench seating apt for picnics .. just one minus is that the mobile network is weak, so have your route maps readily downloaded. Preferably visit the park during daylight hours. Free entry and free parking. Didn't spot any restrooms on...
