Yes you can swim in Greenlake!-Its very clean now that the Parks department did several cleaning of the lake. It is 2.8 miles around a flat paved path that is divided into 2 sides. One side of path closest to the water (inside) is for walking in either direction (clockwise or the counterclockwise), the outside path is for wheels but only in the counterclockwise direction. There are lots of dogs, runners, bikers and of course walkers. Many other things to do at the park as well.
