Great place for large picnics. Large hill from parking area to party area but they have golf carts to shuttle people up and down which is really nice. Food is always good, lot of room for bounce houses, horse rides, crafts, etc. Biggest down side for me is the un-even-ness of the grass which can be mildly challenging for individuals with disabilities or people at risk of rolling an ankle. Overall great location for a private outdoor party/company picnic. Love going...
