We were excited about this visit but their service was disappointing. Google hours showed they closed at 6, so we showed up at 5:15 expecting to have one flight or round and were told without apology that the last service ended 2 minutes prior to our arrival. We had taken an uber there and immediately had to book another to leave which was 20 minutes out of the way. A 45 minute last call policy is a little excessive and we should not bace been informed of it upon arriving. It would have been okay if they were kinder about it. They were rude and unapologetic as we waited there for our Uber or arrive. Beautiful location that we will not give another shot to due to this experience. Such a disappointment for a beautiful location. Work on your customer service and you could do much better. Responding to your reply. Your unprofessional response defending your terrible customer service is a bad look. We would have been fine if we were just treated more kindly and this is just confirming that opinion. Second, the screenshot below shows that we arrived 5 minutes after your last call and 40 minutes before the closing time found online. We had no way of knowing about the 45 minute last call limit until arrived so of course we asked. When restaurants post their hours, their close time is when they no longer accept patrons. If you want people to stop showing up at 5:15, change your hours online.

Came to this winery as a surprise treat from my hubby for our anniversary. Of course we know things are different and we try to stay as safe as possible and Stoutridge made this possible. Steve did a BOMB job on his educational wine tasting. We really felt like we left with more than a bottle of wine and great flavors. The experience was truly enriching and pretty cool to know more about this winery. This guy is a genius of a chemist and does it ALL. All wines are unaltered and as raw as it gets. Pretty cool and you can only buy these HERE. Even more exclusive. My favorite part is being able to do the tasting with open ventilation and with a proper social distance. Also the best part is the outside area with a beautiful little lake and gorgeous views. There are picnic tables and plenty of green grass where you can pack a picnic and have a little picnic date. Truly such an amazing and relaxing day out here. It’s even cooler to know that these guys also offer their distillery menu and tastings as well. Something cool to come back to next time! If you’re in Marlboro make sure to get over here. Support locals. Support the grapes.

PROS - beautiful scenery - very clean and well kept - an abundance of parking - very affordable and well priced - high interest in explaining their history CONS - very small portions for wine tasting - the owner is a little arrogant and thinks very highly of his wine despite your personal taste and he makes its very clear about that. He apologized for coming off rude but still, it was rude and he continued the same way - we felt rushed. They stated 5 times they will stop serving at 5:00pm and YOU WILL leave at 6 when the staff leaves. -defenitely by far the weirdest tasting wines we've had. Almost like oils for an oil diffuser OVERALL - the property is stunningly beautiful but we will happily not attend this winery again due to the rude service

The estate is quite pretty, with a very large, clean, and well maintained central tasting room and distillery. There is an incredible amount of liquor to taste, with a particular specialty of traditionally distilled absinthe (award winning; highly recommend). The host was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the distillation process. We left feeling like we received a free history lesson. We were also given a quick tour of the facility, which was very kind. We spent a little over an hour on location, but we easily could have spent longer.

Prices were reasonable, both for the tastings and the bottles. There were multiple sized bottles, and a huge range of options. Both of the owners were very kind, patient, and accommodating of an exchange after the fact. We did not sample the wine, but will next time.

Outside there are seats and tables, with shade, for tastings, as well as some picnic tables down by the lake. We came in early June, so it wasn't too hot. There was plentiful AC and seating...
