So happy this is still available for the public. There are volunteers there during the day so if you can't walk the driveway, there's someone up there to open the gate. It's such a pretty view

This tower is super easy to get to. You can drive most of the way up to it, or if a steward is there you can drive all the way up. The view is awesome from the top of the tower.

My FIRST time ever going...I was Amazed!! It was a great climb up sturdy stairs and breathtaking views!! My husband surprised me with Star Gazing at the tower! Incredible!

Great views. fire towers usually require a few hours of hiking time. Not so here. Park your car and after a two minute stroll up a gravel road you’re there! Well maintain and safe. This is a simple stop with a great reward.
