My first Pow wow since I was a kid. When I walked into the woodland bowl dance area and herd the drums, saw my brothers, sisters dancing their ancestral dances, a warm feeling came over me and I instantly broke out into tears. I felt like I was home. I had a powerful and majestic experience here at the woodland bowl and would recommend the community to go and see for themselves the power and rhythm of the drums, singing, dancing, and eating some good fry bread with chilly or other good eats.
