Odonata — Attraction in Town of Mercer

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this art gallery!! I only get a chance to go to Mercer, Wi once a year and I always save my vacation money for this location. I am a huge fan of dragonflies and pottery and everything in this location is unique and beautiful. I am bummed because I wanted to go back and get a dragonfly clay teapot they had & I never got a chance to get back to town last week. The owners are so friendly and wonderful and they even remember me from year to year. I had the pleasure of stopping by Odonata last week. The owner and main artist/potter was staffing and made sure to go out of his way to chat with me and all of my friends, asking about our lives and telling us about his. He also told the story, inspiration, and work it took for each glaze, each set of pieces he made. It was a fun, fantastic experience and the pottery is just incredible. Fantastic verity and gorgeous glazes....

Mitch and Laurie are excellent artists and between the two of them, including a selected few local artist, their gallery displays an impressive variety of artistic creations.
