Excellent lake for kayaking. The public access lot off highway 83 is nice, but a bit challenging when it comes to launching a kayak. The dock sits pretty high and there isn't much room off to the side. We managed and will probably go back.

Excellent kayaking. They have a wooden slide for easy up and down loading and unloading. Shallow along edges of lake and was nice and calm. Water is clear as well.

Beautiful lake, great for kayaking! The dock has a kayak launch! As many have mentioned, get there early! By 10:30 on a Monday morning the lot filled up.
