great place to hike with your dog, the whole trail is wide open, no trekking through the woods. was a little muddy- boot’s recommended. in the beginning you cross a little creek but there are bridges built to help you cross. amazing views of the valley and you end up at a nice open area where there is a spot thats been used for bonfires. nice easy walk, only took about 35 min up the trail and back.

Bare Hill Unique Area. Wonderful open fielded area with a couple trails. Beautiful scenic overlook of Canandaigua Lake. Quiet except for hunting season. A lot of fox and other small wildlife.

The views are very nice and it was a shirt hike but the trails were no marked and ended up going through the fields because we took a wrong path but very beautiful.

We took the trail to the left, it was fairly overgrown, and in bright sun. We lost the trail a bit after it reached the woods. Once in the woods loose rocks and sticks covered the uneven trail. Never saw a trail marker. You could see a small edge of Canadaigua lake, and a bit of a pond. Someone was camping at the very start of the trail which felt very intrusive for us to...

A nice evening at a nice place to come and see beautiful views. Thanks to the Victor hiking trails folks for leading us back to the fire site. it was an enjoyable evening celebrating the ring of fire. Will be back next...
